Eliott Schultz Appraisal Service has experience and has been in business since 1990 serving the Antelope Valley and neighboring areas (see service area for details).

Eliott Schultz values continuing education and has taken classes in a wide variety of topics including proposed construction, machinery and equipment appraisals, professional witness and manufactured housing appraisals.

I have written and present state approved classes in Appraiser Safety, Review Appraisals, Manufactured houses, Everyday Ethics and Environmental issues at the site.

I currently holds a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license from the state of California.

I also keep current with FHA, Fannie Mae and USPAP requirements through education, consultations, newsletters and practice.

I also hold an I.F.A. designation, a Certified Review Appraiser and I am a certified national instructor and  I am the California State Director of NAIFA., from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and C.R.E.A. designation from the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers and had a C.M.E.A. designation from The National Equipment and Business Brokers.

I have worked with education from many providers including C.A.R.E.A., N.A.R.E.A., Appraisal institute, N.A.I.F.A., Acheson Appraisal and N.E.B.B. as well as several others.

I am a founding member of the Appraisers Roundtable of the High Desert which is a group of local appraisers who have the common goal of education and shared experience. We offer referrals for just about any kind of property to be appraised.

I also has taken a variety of classes from California State University Northridge and graduated from Los Angeles Valley College and Los Angeles Mission College. I also hold a BA in Organizational Management from Ashford University in Clinton Iowa.

I also consider current and accurate information essential in doing an appraisal and subscribe to several sources to gather the information. The sources include Multiple Listing Services for the Antelope Valley, Indian Wells Valley, and Los Angeles areas, County Assessor records and Realquest. I also continue to consult with local real estate agents and lenders to help read the market.
